Privacy Policy
Digital Phoenix Agency takes the protection of your data seriously. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it.
What data we collect
We collect data only when you send it to us yourself via the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message.
This website uses no marketing cookies. Analytics (Google Analytics) is only switched on if you allow it in the cookie banner.
Google Analytics and cookies
If you choose “Allow” in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to see how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they read. This sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and processes data about your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Data is kept in Google Analytics for at most 14 months.
If you choose “Decline” or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (dp-consent).
How we use your data
We use contact form data solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. We do not sell it, share it with third parties or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
How long we keep your data
Messages sent via the contact form are kept for the duration of our communication about your inquiry, and no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Simply write to info@digitalphoenixagency.com and we will respond within 72 hours.
